About Us
We are Your Cherubs Ltd! A family run chain of independent preschools, located in Clarendon Park & Knighton.
Welcome to St Mary's Preschool! We are located in Knighton Parish Centre, on Church Lane, in Knighton. We are a well established preschool and have been offering childcare to our local area for over 40 years.
Nestled within the heart of our community, we are situated in a large hall and have a purpose built outdoor area with trees, bug hotels and ample room for the children to explore. We embrace outdoor learning and all that is nature as we feed the curiosity of our children through digging, planting and playing.
We are a team of passionate early years practitioners, delivering inclusive practice that celebrates individuality and promotes opportunities for the best early years experiences.
We also provide breakfast club and afterschool care for children attending Overdale Primary School.

Our Aims
- Learning through child led play whilst following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Curriculum childcare
- Play experiences based on child interests, themes, topics and cultural celebrations
- To nurture qualities such as independence and determination to support the development of skills to self regulate, show resilience and problem solve
- To embrace our natural environment and promote outdoor learning at every opportunity within our preschool - celebrate all that nature has to offer
- To get messy, drink lots of pretend tea, make a dinosaur out of egg boxes, build an ant-maxing bug hotel and go on THE best bear hunt... EVER!
